Breast Cancer Awareness Event - October 19th

On October 19th, at 6pm in room 407 of the Earl K. Long Library, members of the Young Breast Cancer Survivors Group will be speaking about their personal experiences with breast cancer.  Also present will be a representative from the American Cancer Society, as well as an oncologist.

Information about breast cancer will be available for those interested, including a display on the 2nd floor and free handouts throughout the library.

A special thanks to the ladies of the Young Breast Cancer Survivors Group for sharing their experiences.  I'd also like to thank the ladies of the Delta Nu Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha for their help with this event.  They will also be hosting a variety of other activities throughout next week, including a bake sale in front of the library.  So, support the cause and Think Pink!
