July 11, 1921: President William Howard Taft Sworn in as 10th Chief Justice of SCOTUS

Today is the 90th anniversary of former President William Howard Taft's swearing in as the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. He is the only person to ever be both President and Chief Justice.

President William Howard Taft's Birthday
